The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On amendments to the laws of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" and "On Principles of Preventing and Combating Corruption" (re induction of citizens into military service)

The bill aims at standardizing some issues regarding the Armed Forces of Ukraine recruiting personnel on a contract basis, simplifying the procedure and reducing the time necessary to induct citizens into the military service in case of a crisis situation threatening the national security of Ukraine, or in case of announcing mobilization and (or) introducing the state of martial law.

Respective bill was registered under No. 4325а.
